Penis thickening and lengthening techniques

There are different surgical techniques for penis enlargement, depending on whether the main objective is to increase length, girth or both.

Penis lengthening

Penis lengthening is carried out by releasing the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the pubic bone. This procedure increases the visible length of the penis, as a part of the shaft that is normally hidden inside the body becomes more visible.

This technique usually allows for an increase of approximately between 2 and 4 cm in visible length, whilst leaving the blood vessels and nerves responsible for sensation intact.

Penis thickening

Penis enlargement is usually carried out using lipofilling or autologous fat transfer. The fat is harvested from other areas of the body via a minor liposuction procedure and is then processed and injected evenly around the penis to increase its volume.

Thanks to modern techniques involving fat micrografting, the survival rate of fat cells is improved and more natural and long-lasting results are achieved.

Usually, both techniques (lengthening and thickening) are combined in the same procedure. If the patient wishes, pubic liposuction or intimate area whitening can also be added to further improve the overall appearance.
