Breast Augmentation

Breast Augmentation
Madrid | Zurich
Breast augmentation with silicone implants is an efficient and safe procedure that, for over half a century, has become one of the most frequently performed plastic surgeries worldwide.
In our clinics in Madrid and Zurich, we use a wide range of brands (including Motiva, B-lite, Nagor), all of which offer specific benefits and adhere to the highest quality standards.
This procedure can be combined with other treatments, such as a breast lift (mastopexy) or fat transfer. To achieve the desired outcome, we conduct 3D simulations or use trial implants, allowing patients to better visualize their potential results.
Thanks to our surgical techniques, we can even place large implants with practically imperceptible scars, ensuring a harmonious and natural look.

What breast implant brand is best for you?
Personal preferences and individual anatomical dimensions are essential factors when choosing the most suitable breast implant brand. All the brands we use are certified, comply with top quality standards, and come with a lifetime warranty.
- Motiva: Next-generation implants, available in ergonomic or other shapes, with a very natural feel.
- B-lite: Extremely lightweight implants, up to 30% lighter than other brands of the same size, reducing breast pressure and potentially minimizing postoperative pain.
- Nagor: Anatomical or round implants designed to maintain an optimal balance between projection and base.

Available implant shapes at our clinics
- Round: With a spherical configuration, it ensures a balanced volume between the upper and lower parts of the breast.
- Anatomical: Mimics the natural shape of the breast, providing greater projection in the lower area.
- Ergonomic: Capable of adapting its shape depending on the patient’s position (rounder when lying down and more anatomical when upright), closely simulating natural breast gland behavior.
Each shape offers various projection profiles. When defining the final outcome of breast augmentation, factors such as body silhouette, skin elasticity, and breast shape are taken into account.
Our priority is to understand each woman’s personal and individual desires, providing the highest level of safety, peace of mind, and a natural result.

How and where are implants placed and which are the additional procedures for Breast Augmentation?
There are three types of planes for implant placement in relation to the pectoralis major muscle:
- Subglandular Plane: The implant is placed beneath the breast gland.
- Submuscular Plane: The implant is placed beneath the pectoralis major muscle.
- Dual Plane: The upper portion of the implant is covered by the muscle, while the lower portion is covered by the gland.
Most Common Incision Sites
- Inframammary Fold: The small scar is located in the lower breast crease.
- Periareolar: Along the border between the pigmented areola and the surrounding skin.

- Transaxillary: Through the armpit area, leaving no visible scar on the breast.
The breast augmentation procedure can be combined with other interventions performed simultaneously such as: breast lift and breast fat grafting to extend the implant coverage using the patient’s own tissue.
