Surgical techniques for penis enlargement

Lengthening
The most common technique involves separating the suspensory ligament of the penis, allowing for an increase of 2 to 4 cm in length. The dorsal nerve of the penis and blood vessels remain intact, ensuring that sexual function is not affected.
Girth Enhancement
For penis girth enhancement, we use a micro-fat transfer technique, distributing the fat evenly throughout the penis. With cutting-edge technology, the viability of the adipose cells is improved, providing greater efficacy and longer-lasting results.

Where Are the Scars Located?

In penis lengthening, there is a small scar above the base of the penis.
Fat transfer is performed via injection, leaving no visible scars.

Care and Recommendations

It is essential to refrain from sexual activity or pressure on the penis for 4 weeks, ensuring a uniform distribution of the fat and proper healing.
We recommend wearing supportive underwear to aid recovery.

Scars from the procedure are barely noticeable, as they are located along the raphe or in the natural folds at the base of the penis.
